Orlando Magic Update:
The Vince Carter vs. J.J. Redick debate has been put to rest for the time being after last night's performance by Vince Carter (aka - Half Man/Half Amazing). Those of you who watch Lost (yes, I'm making LOST reference) are accustomed to seeing Flashbacks. Well, last night was an Unreal Flashback for Vince Carter. He went off for 48 points on 19/27 shooting, and once again I found myself yelling in my room trying not to wake up the neighbors. Below is a direct quote from Dwight Howard during a post-game interview
"VINSANITY, VINSANITY, VINSANITY IS BACKK!!"
I often comment on the fact that my goal in life is to MAKE IT RAINN!! and Vince got it done. Hopefully he doesn't go back to playing atrocious and we are left with J.J. Redick, Air France, and White Chocolate trying to lead us to the promised land.

Another 2-hour vacation from the weekly grind (no party this week).
Training Update:
Finished up a 40 minute run last night with a grueling stretch of hills in Jersey City Heights and a Protein Shake. See you at the finish line...
