So this week I began training for my 12-man 178 mile relay race and I have never felt this atrocious. The recommended training routine says that I should be running 15-20 minutes every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. My Life Coach and Consultant have recommended that I get on 'The Program'. This would entail me taking supplements to improve muscle recovery and ultimately turn heads in Hoboken. I cannot confirm whether or not these miracle shakes are prohibited in major league baseball, and I'm not sure how they mix with 10 beers 3-4 nights a week.
Wish me luck as I limp to work the next two weeks.
