Followers,
I feel like things are really heating up in 2010. The Lost 2-hour Premiere (2/2) has forced Barack Obama to reschedule his "State of the Union" address, my protein power mixer is fully operational, and the Blog is back up and running.
One of my teammates in the 178 mile relay race, Matt Keating, has contributed an unbelievable article from Men's Health with the 101 Greatest Training Tips of All-Time. I will be referencing this article from time to time so please read up so you don't Get LOST!!
Tip-of-the-Day (1/26/10):
8. Relax to the max "When running, let your jaw hang loose, don't bunch up your shoulders close to your ears, and occasionally shake out your hands and arms to stay relaxed." —Dave Martin, Ph.D., exercise physiologist
This technique can also be used in stressful/tense situations in the office and/or during a presentation. I recommend that you Get Involved but remember to 'Relax to the Max' in 2010.
Still Searching for a Catchy Sign-off,
Romo
