I lost my focus a bit this weekend starting immediately at 5pm on Friday afternoon. Not only did I skip my scheduled run on Friday, but I slept all day Saturday as well after an aggressive night out. Not a great start ha. However, I do have some groundbreaking news. I managed to develop a new dance move that I have coined 'The Prisoner'. It was not videotaped but feel free to witness it on the dance floor at a bar near you.
This morning I got back on the horse and (Took a Lap!) around Hoboken. My legs feel like jello but that's nothing a protein shakes can't sure. By the way, we still need a 12th runner for the relay race if anyone is interested.
